ViSalus Recipe: Fruit Kebab with Dip

visalus shake recipeFruit kebabs are fun to eat and a great healthy snack.  Step it up a notch by creating these in rainbow colors.  Somehow this is more appealing to kids than just tossed into a bowl.  After all, food is more fun on a stick, right?!

ViSalus Recipe: Rainbow Fruit Kebab with Vi Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz. Fat Free Plain Yogurt
2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix
2 Tbsp  Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding mix
Dash of Cinnamon

Fruit, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces.  Use fruit in colors of the rainbow, changing up by what is in season.

Red: Strawberries
Orange: Cantaloupe or Orange sections
Yellow: Pineapple
Green: Honeydew Melon, Kiwi or Green Grapes
Blue: Blueberries
Purple:  Red or Black Grapes

Dip: Mix together all ingredients (besides fruit).  Refrigerate until chilled.
Assemble fruit kebabs in the color order of the rainbow.   Serve & enjoy!
