ViSalus Shake Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall drinks are here – and we love this one.  The grande Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks could set you back ~$4, and has 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar.  That’s if you can get one!  Recently many Starbucks stores have reported a shortage of their popular fall drink, and fans are disappointed.  But you CAN make one at home, save some money and calories too!

ViSalus Pumpkin Spice Lattee Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup  Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix
1 pkt Stevia (optional)
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 cup regular coffee (heated, if not already hot)

Put first 5 ingredients in blender, mix until smooth.   Now heat this mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.  Pour into a mug with your cup of hot coffee, garnish with cinnamon, and ENJOY!
